I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork (not the intellectual property though).

The client is required to follow the order guidelines precisely.

I retain the right to promote myself as an artist using the commissioned artwork on my Social Media handles but I make exceptions for spoiler artwork, so just mention that beforehand and we'll find a way. The client will be credited as the commissioner.

For personal use only.

For commercial use the fee is +50% of the final price.

I have the right to refuse any commission without reason.

I can cancel a commission at any time. Full payment will be refunded.

The finished commission is yours to use as you like, as long as the art is not altered/drawn on top of, the original credits stay intact.

Using proper crediting when posting the finished product is mandatory ("Art by @deadyteddy.art")

Do not claim my artworks as yours.

Do not use my artwork/commission for merchandising, selling, NFT purposes, put on "blockchain" or AI training.

Client/Artist may not share each other's private contact details with third parties.

All prices are in Euro (€)

Variant 1: 100% payment after the sketch gets accepted.

Variant 2: 50% payment upfront, 50% payment after the sketch gets accepted.

The prices shown are a base. Depending on the complexity of the commission, the price may increase.

Payment method is via Paypal invoice.

No refunds unless I can't finish the commission for whatever reason.

Any major correction during or after the coloring process will cost extra.

Little details (color grading, details I missed) are for free.

Duration: Depending on the complexity of the artwork and the order of commissions in my pipeline, it will take between 1 week to 2 months. I will keep ypu updated on the process.
